Marital Services

On April 28, 2021, TN senate bill 509 authorized all Notaries Public to perform marriage ceremonies. NNN offers Short & Sweet civil ceremonies. Currently, we do not have an office space. However, we are fully mobile. You can request our notary drive out to meet you as travel is included with both packages. Contact us and make it official!

• The Short & Sweet package includes a brief ceremony, ring exchange (optional), the pronouncement, & the marriage license signing. You will be responsible for taking the license documents back to the County clerk office afterwards for recording. However, for a small additional charge we can certainly provide drop-off services. This package is only for two parties.

• The Kiss & Tell package is an upgraded one that includes everything mentioned above, with extras. This package is for people who would like to bring guests &/or exchange vows. This package also includes courier services for your license to be dropped off for you by our Notary. 

• We also assist with pre/post-nuptial agreements and new living wills that may need notarizations.
